Describe the steps involved, Android or iOS, the app version if known and the error message. A screenshot can help after you hide unnecessary private information.
Never send passwords, sign-in codes or banking details.

Report a safety concern
Use the reporting actions provided in the app for a profile or content. You can also contact support with the details needed to locate the issue.
In immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Sity support is not an emergency service.
