YourSity operates the Sity service in France and is responsible for the processing described here. For privacy questions or requests, contactcontact@yoursity.app.

Data covered

• Forms: email address, city, request details and selected consents.
• Security: technical signals needed to protect forms from abuse.
• Authorized TikTok account: profile information, available statistics and public videos covered by accepted permissions.
• Administrator area: information needed to authenticate and operate the private area.

Sity never asks for a TikTok password and does not sell personal data.

Purposes and legal bases

• answer requests and send requested information, based on your request or consent;
• secure the service and limit abuse, based on Sity’s legitimate interests;
• show authorized TikTok data in the private dashboard;
• improve the service using limited, aggregated usage measurements where applicable.

Sharing and retention

Data is accessible only to authorized people and providers needed for hosting, storage, email, form security and, when you use it, the TikTok integration. Data is not sold.

We keep data only as long as needed for the relevant purpose, then delete or anonymize it. Legal obligations or limited security needs may require a longer, justified retention period.

TikTok connection

An authorized account owner may connect TikTok through Login Kit. Sity uses only public data and permissions actually granted. Permissions can be withdrawn in TikTok or from the dashboard; reconnecting may then be required.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent. Contactcontact@yoursity.appwith the address used and the subject of your request. You may also contact the data protection authority in your country.
